Rental Information
Delivery Window
We deliver to Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, and surrounding areas. We guarantee all rentals will be fully set up before your selected event start time. Delivery windows may begin up to 3 hours prior to your selected drop-off/event start time, and pickups are typically completed within 3 hours after your selected pickup/event end time. Most rentals are delivered in the morning and picked up in the evening. Overnight options may be available for secure locations.
Cancellation
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your event to avoid forfeiting your deposit. If your event is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you may reschedule or receive a deposit credit.
Cleaned & Sanitized
All units are cleaned and sanitized before every rental.
What’s Included
Blower, extension cord, stakes or sandbags, and tarp (when needed).
What’s Required from You
• Clear path for setup access (minimum 32 inches for bounce houses, 36 inches for combo units and water slides)
• Electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area
• Water source within 50' required for water slide rentals
• Enough space for the unit, including an additional 3–5 feet of clearance on all sides
• Level, clean setup area free of debris and pet waste
